CONNECT PS Brings Cisco Splunk Observability to the Spotlight at LEAP 2026

CONNECT Professional Services (CONNECT PS) is returning to LEAP 2026 for the third consecutive year, joining Cisco at its booth with a sharper focus on the technologies reshaping modern workplaces and contact centers, including a Cisco Splunk Observability experience being showcased through the two companies’ collaboration.

The company will participate in the fifth edition of LEAP, running from August 31 to September 3, as it looks to strengthen its footprint across Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf and regional markets, while showcasing its capabilities across enterprise communications, digital collaboration, customer experience, cloud and artificial intelligence.

At the center of CONNECT PS’s presence this year is its “Future-Proofed Workplaces” concept, an approach designed around bringing communications, collaboration, AI and security technologies into a unified environment rather than treating them as separate layers of enterprise technology.

The model reflects a broader shift in how organizations approach workplace transformation, with businesses increasingly looking beyond individual tools toward integrated technology environments capable of improving productivity, supporting hybrid work and delivering better experiences for both employees and customers.

Contact centers move into focus

Modern contact centers will take a prominent place in CONNECT PS’s showcase at LEAP 2026, as growing volumes of customer interactions, applications and data make visibility across increasingly complex technology environments more critical.

Ahmed Tolba, Managing Director of CONNECT PS’s Saudi Arabia operations, said the company sees LEAP as an opportunity to engage directly with customers and partners around the technologies shaping the next generation of workplace environments.

“Digital transformation is not simply about adding new tools or technologies to the workplace, it is about transforming how organizations operate, manage their processes and communicate with employees and customers,” Tolba said.

He noted that contact centers are becoming increasingly dependent on interconnected digital platforms, cloud services and applications, creating a greater need for organizations to understand what is happening across their technology stack in real time.

“As the volume of calls, data and services handled by contact centers continues to grow, organizations need the ability to monitor the entire technology environment and identify potential issues before they have a significant impact on customers,” he added.

CONNECT PS will use its LEAP presence to highlight Cisco Splunk Observability and its capabilities in monitoring performance, analyzing data and correlating events across different components of the contact center environment.

According to Tolba, the experience will be showcased for the first time through CONNECT PS’s collaboration with Cisco, giving organizations a closer look at how observability can help detect performance issues, understand their root causes and maintain more reliable digital customer experiences.

AI and automation reshape the workplace

CONNECT PS expects artificial intelligence, automation and employee and customer experience to play an increasingly central role in the next phase of workplace transformation.

Tolba said organizations are gradually moving away from purchasing standalone technology solutions toward integrated platforms that can deliver measurable business outcomes and support wider operational objectives.

During LEAP 2026, CONNECT PS will showcase solutions spanning enterprise communications and collaboration, modern contact centers, customer experience and AI applications designed to support employees and improve operational efficiency.

The company’s participation also builds on its presence alongside Cisco across regional technology events focused on digital collaboration, customer experience, AI and next-generation workplace environments.

Through its third consecutive appearance at LEAP, CONNECT PS is seeking to deepen its engagement with enterprises and decision-makers across the region, with a message that the next stage of digital transformation will be defined not by how much technology organizations acquire, but by how effectively they connect and use it to generate tangible business value.
