Fitting Raises $1.1 Million to Scale Construction Supply Chain Platform in Saudi Arabia

Saudi construction-tech startup Fitting has closed a $1.1 million seed funding round to expand its digital procurement and supply-chain platform across the Kingdom, as demand grows for technology capable of managing increasingly complex construction and real estate projects.

The round, the company’s second at seed stage, included participation from a strategic investor operating in contracting and real estate development, giving Fitting both fresh capital and direct industry expertise as it prepares for its next phase of growth.

Fitting is building digital infrastructure designed to connect suppliers, contractors and real estate developers through a more structured procurement and supply-chain process. Its platform focuses on automating workflows that have traditionally relied on fragmented communication, manual coordination and multiple intermediaries.

The company plans to use the new funding to expand into key Saudi markets, strengthen its technology stack and scale its operational and technical teams.

“Digitizing supply chains has become an important part of improving efficiency across the construction sector,” said Mohammed Al-Mubayed, Founder and CEO of Fitting. He added that the involvement of a strategic investor from the contracting and development industry brings practical market knowledge alongside financial backing.

A Construction Boom Creates a Digital Opportunity

Fitting’s expansion comes as Saudi Arabia continues to invest heavily in real estate, infrastructure and large-scale development projects, increasing pressure on procurement systems and supplier networks.

Construction projects typically involve large numbers of contractors, vendors and service providers, making visibility, coordination and purchasing efficiency increasingly important as project volumes rise.

Fitting is targeting that gap by giving companies digital tools to organize procurement, improve communication with suppliers and manage supply-chain activity more efficiently.

Rather than operating as a conventional marketplace, the platform is positioning itself as a workflow layer for the construction industry, helping businesses manage the operational process behind sourcing and purchasing materials and services.

Strategic Investor Adds More Than Capital

The participation of an investor from the contracting and real estate development sector is particularly significant for Fitting because it brings the startup closer to the companies that ultimately use its technology.

That relationship could help the platform refine its products around real operational challenges and shorten the gap between technology development and market adoption.

The company describes its growth model as one built around trust, with long-term relationships between suppliers, contractors and developers forming a central part of its strategy.

Expansion, Technology and Saudi Talent

Beyond geographic growth, Fitting plans to invest in its internal capabilities and create additional employment and training opportunities for Saudi professionals.

The company sees talent development as part of its wider growth strategy, aligning its expansion with Saudi Vision 2030 priorities around digital transformation, innovation and the development of national skills.

As Saudi Arabia’s construction sector grows in scale and complexity, startups such as Fitting are increasingly targeting the less visible infrastructure behind major projects — procurement, supplier management and operational coordination.

For Fitting, the new $1.1 million round is less about adding another financing milestone and more about accelerating a broader bet: that the next wave of construction efficiency in Saudi Arabia will be built as much on software and data as on concrete and steel.
