Ajman Real Estate Transactions Reach AED 1.65 Billion in July as Market Momentum Holds
Ajman’s property market recorded AED 1.65 billion in real estate transactions during July 2026, extending the emirate’s strong run of activity as investor demand remained resilient across residential and investment properties.
The July performance follows a solid first half of the year, during which Ajman registered 6,815 real estate transactions worth more than AED 10.8 billion, underscoring the growing depth of the emirate’s property market.
Trading transactions alone reached AED 7.64 billion during the first six months of 2026, while mortgage deals exceeded AED 1.88 billion, reflecting continued activity from both cash buyers and financed investors.
The latest monthly figure also represents an improvement from June, when total real estate transactions stood at AED 1.4 billion across 1,020 deals. June trading volume exceeded AED 1.01 billion, while mortgages reached AED 195 million.
Ajman’s real estate sector has maintained relatively consistent monthly activity throughout 2026. Transactions reached AED 1.66 billion in March, AED 1.63 billion in April and AED 1.6 billion in May, before easing in June and rebounding again in July.
The sustained momentum reflects growing investor interest in Ajman, supported by comparatively competitive property prices, new development launches and improving infrastructure, as the emirate strengthens its position as an alternative investment destination within the UAE property market.
Earlier data also showed Emirates City among the most actively traded developments in Ajman, while areas including Al Helio 2, Al Helio 1 and Al Zahia continued to rank among the emirate’s most active districts.
With transaction values remaining above AED 1 billion in successive months, Ajman enters the second half of 2026 with continued momentum across sales and investment activity, building on the strong performance recorded during the first six months of the year.
