MCIT Partners with Top 50 Women Forum to Launch Youth Empowerment Program ‘Masarak L Bokra’

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) has partnered with Top 50 Women Forum to launch "Masarak L Bokra" (Arabic for Your Path Ahead), a new program designed to shape well-rounded young professionals. The launch was marked by a ceremony at the Institute of National Planning, attended by representatives of partner organizations, senior officials from the government and private sectors, civil society representatives, and program participants.

The initiative is part of MCIT's broader efforts to equip Egyptian youth with the skills needed to succeed in today's job market and to lead digital transformation projects. It also reflects a continued commitment to collaboration with government institutions, the private sector, and civil society.

The program aims to bridge the gap between academic education and the requirements of the labor market, strengthen participants' digital, soft, and leadership skills; enhance their employability, and create a pool of young leaders to support Egypt's digital development efforts.

Launched under the slogan "Your Path, Your Decision, Your Choice," the program targets 1,000 young people, primarily final-year students and recent graduates. It follows a blended learning model combining in-person and online sessions, with an emphasis on the career tracks most in demand in the job market, alongside exposure to sectors including ICT, finance, education, healthcare, and community development.

The first phase of the program provides intensive training that combines advanced technical skills, including data and systems analysis and digital marketing, with essential life, career, and leadership skills, including communication and presentation, negotiation, critical thinking, problem-solving, CV writing, personal branding, and preparation for both employment and freelance work. This is followed by a mentorship phase that enables participants to engage directly with industry leaders and experts through dedicated career talks with professionals and companies. The program concludes with applied training within partner institutions and companies, where participants complete graduation projects and gain hands-on experience in professional work environments.

The partnership reflects Top 50 Women Forum's role in developing young leaders and expanding economic and professional inclusion, helping prepare Egyptian youth for a competitive job market.
