ITIDA Opens Applications for DXC Dandelion Program to Empower Neurodivergent Youth in Tech

The Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) has announced the opening of applications for the ITIDA–DXC Dandelion Training Program, launched in collaboration with DXC Technology, as part of ongoing efforts to promote inclusive employment and expand opportunities for young talent in Egypt’s growing technology sector.

The initiative is designed to support 60 neurodivergent young adults aged between 18 and 30, including individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and dyslexia, by equipping them with the skills needed to build successful careers in the digital economy.

Under the program, participants will undergo nine months of intensive, industry-oriented training focused on high-demand technology disciplines, including data analysis and software testing. The curriculum is designed to enhance both technical competencies and workplace readiness, helping trainees develop the professional skills required to thrive in modern technology environments.

The program also seeks to bridge the gap between talent development and employment by preparing participants for career opportunities with leading international technology companies, reinforcing Egypt’s efforts to foster a more diverse and inclusive ICT workforce.

The ITIDA–DXC Dandelion Training Program reflects a broader commitment to empowering individuals with different cognitive abilities and enabling them to contribute to the digital transformation of businesses and industries.

Applications are now open, and interested candidates can find additional details and registration information through the program page:
