Dalia El-Baz, Chairperson of the National Postal Organization (Egypt Post), confirmed that the authority has taken all necessary measures to ensure the smooth disbursement of pensions, irregular labor grants, and social insurance dues across its nationwide network of branches. These steps aim to facilitate services for citizens, especially amid the surge in demand leading up to the Eid Al-Adha holiday.
El-Baz stated that the organization has elevated its operational readiness across all sectors, strengthening both human resources and technological systems to ensure efficient payouts and minimize overcrowding at post offices. She confirmed that disbursement operations are proceeding regularly, with the goal of completing all payments before the holiday. The authority has already commenced the disbursement of irregular labor grants and insurance-transferred cases since last Thursday, totaling approximately EGP 1.5 billion.
