Egypt Opens Phase 11 of ”Beit Al-Watan” Offering 3,600 Prime Plots Across 22 New Cities
= The Egyptian Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has officially launched the 11th phase of the "Beit Al-Watan" project, specifically designed for Egyptians living abroad. Minister Randa El-Minshawi announced that this phase includes 3,600 residential plots located in prime areas across 22 new cities, including New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, and New Alamein. To facilitate the process, the Ministry is currently accepting bank transfers to be registered as balances for potential applicants until Friday, May 1, 2026.
The Ministry has implemented streamlined banking procedures to overcome obstacles faced by expatriates, ensuring equal opportunities for all applicants. According to Minister El-Minshawi, these transfers will serve as pre-registration balances ahead of the official booking process. The initiative covers a wide geographical range from New Damietta in the north to New Aswan in the south, reflecting the state's comprehensive urban development plan and its commitment to integrating the Egyptian diaspora into the country’s growing real estate market.
