CI Capital Investment Banking Delivers Strong 2025 Performance with EGP 70.6 Billion in Deal Value
CI Capital Holding announced that its investment banking arm maintained strong momentum throughout 2025, supported by a significant increase in deal execution across capital markets.
Hisham Gohar, Chief Executive Officer of CI Capital Holding, stated that the investment bank successfully completed 30 diversified transactions during 2025, with a total value of EGP 70.6 billion. The transactions spanned equity capital markets, debt capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions.
He added that CI Capital’s investment banking division generated revenues of EGP 1.6 billion during the year, while the brokerage arm recorded total revenues of EGP 984 million.
Gohar further noted that the company’s promotion and underwriting activities continued to deliver outstanding performance in deal execution, underscoring the strength of CI Capital’s investment banking platform and its ability to lead landmark transactions in the Egyptian market.
