Marseilia Egyptian Gulf for Real Estate Investment announced the launch of its latest investment project on Egypt’s North Coast under the name “Marseilia Beach 6”, as part of its portfolio of tourism developments in the area.
The company stated that it has recently signed contracts, memoranda of understanding, and agreements through which it replaced previous developers on a land plot owned by the Services Association of the Nutrition Institute, covering approximately 74 feddans. This is in addition to a rear land plot of around 45 feddans added under surplus and deficit adjustments, bringing the total project area to about 119 feddans within the Fouka zone on the North West Coast, El Dabaa Center, Matrouh Governorate, under private ownership arrangements.
Sherif Helmy, Chairman of Marseilia Group, said that the company’s expansion in North Coast developments reflects its commitment to supporting coastal tourism projects as a key pillar of economic development. He added that the new project aims to meet customer expectations by offering distinctive residential and investment units, thereby strengthening Egypt’s position on the global tourism map.
Helmy also noted that the company will disclose updates related to the project’s financial studies in due course once completed, in line with its commitment to transparency and disclosure principles.
