CIB Egypt Announces New Board of Directors Formation
The Commercial International Bank – Egypt (CIB) announced the reconstitution of its Board of Directors, appointing Nevine Ali Fayek Sabour as Chairwoman (Non-Executive), Hisham Ezz Al-Arab as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Board Member, and Amr El-Ganainy as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Executive Board Member.
In a disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), the bank stated that the new board also includes Fadel Al Ali and Aziz Moolji as Non-Executive Directors, along with Hoda Ahmed Mohamed Mansour Al-Asqalani and Javed Ahmed Mirza, both serving as Non-Executive Board Members.
The board further comprises Islam Zakri as an Executive Board Member, as well as Burkhard Amadeus Ickes and Georgios Anagnostopoulos, who join the board as Non-Executive Directors.
The new board structure reflects CIB’s commitment to strengthening corporate governance, leadership diversity, and strategic oversight, in line with regulatory requirements and international banking standards.
