Prime Living Development to invest over £500 million in 2026 and launch the “Your Key to a Better Life” campaign
Prime Living Developments announced its expansion plan for 2026, which includes investments exceeding EGP 500 million. This will be achieved through the launch of a range of new residential projects in diverse and strategic locations, most notably New Heliopolis, New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October Gardens, and Obour City. This announcement coincides with the launch of a comprehensive marketing campaign under the slogan “Your Key to a Better Life.”
This move comes as part of the company’s ongoing success, which is based on quality execution and a strong commitment to its clients. This strengthens Prime Living’s position in the Egyptian real estate market and underscores its long-term vision for sustainable expansion.
In this context, Mohamed Atef, CEO of Prime Living Real Estate Development, stated that the 2026 plan represents a new phase of the company's strategic growth. He explained, "During 2026, we aim to expand into several promising cities with investments reaching EGP 500 million, through diverse residential projects that cater to the needs of various customer segments, while maintaining our philosophy based on quality and commitment to execution and delivery."
He added that the company intends to deliver several of its projects this year in New Heliopolis and New Cairo ahead of schedule, reflecting Prime Living's commitment to fulfilling its promises and building long-term relationships with its clients.

For his part, Hossam Saeed, Head of the Commercial Sector at Prime Living, confirmed that the new marketing campaign, “Your Key to a Better Life,” reflects the company’s expansion vision for the coming phase. He stated, “The new campaign aims to present a different concept of the residential experience and link the Prime Living name with new opportunities for living and investment in diverse areas, while highlighting the strength and geographical reach of our project portfolio.”
He pointed out that the commercial sector is working on a thorough study of market needs to ensure the offering of real estate products that align with customer aspirations and deliver genuine added value. He explained that the coming period will witness strong marketing momentum to support the company’s expansion plans.
