UAE Launches World’s First Original Business Competition on X Platform with $500,000 in Support
The Influencers HQ, the first influencers’ headquarters in the UAE and the Middle East, part of the Visioneers Group, in collaboration with global social media platform X, announced the launch of the “Original Business Competition on X”, marking a world-first initiative aimed at discovering and supporting emerging digital content creators.
The announcement was made during the 1 Billion Followers Summit, the world’s largest global event dedicated to the creator economy, organized by the UAE Government Media Office and hosted across Emirates Towers, Dubai International Financial Centre, and the Museum of the Future under the theme “Meaningful Content.” The summit brings together more than 15,000 content creators and influencers, along with over 500 speakers followed by nearly 3.5 billion people worldwide.
The competition is part of the strategic partnership between Influencers HQ and X, unveiled during the third edition of the summit in January last year, with the aim of strengthening the digital creativity ecosystem and supporting the production of high-value original content.
Participants are required to submit an original video concept with a duration ranging between 7 and 20 minutes, across five key categories: sports, tourism and culture, gaming and technology, lifestyle, and humanitarian work, in compliance with Influencers HQ standards and X platform guidelines.
The initiative seeks to discover creative talents from around the world, offering total support and prizes worth $500,000, funded by Influencers HQ. Five winners will be selected, each receiving comprehensive production support, including access to studios, filming tools, and advanced equipment valued at up to $100,000 per winner.
