Since Its Launch in January 2025: Tawsilty Surpasses EGP 35.5 Million in Sales, Targets EGP 50 Million with Upper Egypt Expansion

Tawsilty, an Egyptian technology-driven startup specializing in on-demand delivery services, has recorded strong growth since its official launch in January 2025, achieving total sales exceeding EGP 35.5 million within its first year of operations.
During this period, the platform fulfilled approximately 180,000 orders through its mobile application, reflecting rising demand and growing customer confidence in its services. The company’s performance places it on track to reach the EGP 50 million sales milestone in the coming period, supported by higher daily order volumes, an expanding customer base, and the continuous growth of its partner network.
40,000 Customers and 650 Partners Supporting Local Businesses
Tawsilty currently serves more than 40,000 customers and collaborates with around 650 partner restaurants and retail stores across multiple sectors. Its operating model is built on direct partnerships and a strong focus on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), contributing to local economic activity and community development.
As part of its next expansion phase, the company plans to increase the number of partner restaurants and stores to 3,000. This growth strategy centers on improving service quality, expanding geographical coverage, and delivering digital solutions tailored to local market needs, with a particular emphasis on Upper Egypt.
Starting from Upper Egypt: Fayoum and Beni Suef as Initial Markets
Tawsilty began its operations in the governorates of Fayoum and Beni Suef in Northern Upper Egypt, where it quickly established a solid market presence. The platform has also contributed to creating direct and indirect job opportunities in the delivery and digital services sectors by relying on local talent and partnerships within these governorates.
Expansion Plan Targeting All Upper Egypt Governorates
According to its strategic roadmap, Tawsilty aims to roll out its services across all Upper Egypt governorates in the next phase, as an initial step toward broader national expansion. The company plans to gradually extend its services to other governorates, targeting comprehensive nationwide coverage within less than five years.
The company noted that selecting Upper Egypt as its primary launch region reflects its commitment to bridging the digital gap and providing modern technology-enabled services to markets that have historically received limited access to digital solutions.
Founder’s Statement
Dr. Mostafa Thabet, Founder of the Tawsilty app, said that the results achieved since January 2025 validate the platform’s founding vision of building a strong Egyptian digital solution rooted in local community needs while keeping pace with digital transformation.
“We started from Upper Egypt with a clear focus on supporting local restaurant and retail partners. Within just one year, we have built a customer base of more than 40,000 users and partnered with around 650 businesses, and we are targeting 3,000 partners in the next phase,” Thabet said.
He added that Tawsilty’s ambitions extend beyond digital expansion to delivering sustainable economic and social impact by creating jobs, supporting local enterprises, and offering reliable services at competitive prices.
An Egyptian Model for Sustainable Growth
Thabet emphasized that Tawsilty represents a homegrown Egyptian model for technology startups capable of achieving genuine, needs-driven growth rather than superficial expansion. He noted that the upcoming phase will focus on further strengthening the platform’s technological infrastructure, enhancing user experience, and expanding the range of services offered.
He concluded by affirming that Tawsilty aims to solidify its position as one of Egypt’s leading delivery platforms, contributing actively to the digital economy and supporting sustainable local development across the country.
