Power Valley Enters Data Center Market with Locally Developed UPS and INSPECTOR Solutions
Power Valley, an Egyptian company specialized in power quality monitoring and smart electrical infrastructure solutions, announced its official entry into the data center market, backed by new investments focused on delivering Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) monitoring solutions. The move aims to support digital transformation and meet the growing demand for highly reliable digital infrastructure in Egypt and the wider region.

The company stated that its newly launched solutions target both small and medium-sized enterprises as well as large institutions, offering the design and implementation of integrated systems to monitor data center assets and components. These solutions are designed to enhance operational efficiency, optimize energy management, and reduce the risks of failures and unplanned downtime.
As part of this expansion, Power Valley is providing a comprehensive service portfolio covering supply, installation, commissioning, technical support, and maintenance, reinforcing business continuity and mitigating operational risks for data center operators.
Power Valley’s monitoring solutions offer real-time visibility and instant alerts for critical infrastructure parameters that directly impact data center performance and efficiency. These include facility consumption, main electrical panels and distribution boards, UPS performance and efficiency, busway and tap-off units, power banks, and the status, utilization, and available capacity of data cabinets.
In parallel, the company announced the launch of new editions of its smart INSPECTOR platform, including INSPECTOR DIN Rail and portable versions, alongside AirWatch, a solution dedicated to real-time monitoring and logging of environmental data. INSPECTOR is a fully integrated, 24/7/365 monitoring system covering power quality, thermal performance, environmental metrics, and air quality, enabling predictive fault detection, preventive maintenance, and improved operational efficiency within data centers.
Power Valley emphasized that the INSPECTOR platform has been fully designed, developed, and manufactured in Egypt, reflecting the company’s strategic vision to position itself as a core technology maker. The platform integrates hardware, software, and cloud connectivity, with full independence in development, customization, and future upgrades.
The company’s expansion is supported by its local manufacturing capabilities through its factory located in the Polaris Industrial Zone in 6th of October City. The facility operates three production lines with a capacity of up to 5,000 high-capacity units per month and employs around 120 engineers, technicians, and specialists. Local manufacturing provides Power Valley with a competitive edge by shortening delivery timelines, enhancing customization flexibility, and ensuring full control over the product lifecycle.
Commenting on the move, Eng. Mostafa El-Wakeel, Chairman of Power Valley, said that entering the data center sector represents a strategic and investment-driven step aligned with the rapid growth of the digital economy. He noted that the company aims to deliver locally manufactured smart power and monitoring solutions with regional and international competitiveness, contributing to the development of a more reliable and sustainable digital infrastructure for data centers.
He added that Power Valley seeks to establish itself as a long-term technology partner for data center projects by leveraging its engineering expertise, local manufacturing strength, and continuous technical support, supporting the growth of Egypt’s technology sector and digital infrastructure ecosystem.
