Raya Information Technology Reports 65% Revenue Growth and Announces New Partnerships

Raya Information Technology, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments, announced a significant rise in its financial performance for the first nine months of 2025, alongside major strategic partnerships and upcoming expansions in digital transformation and artificial intelligence. The announcements were made by Eng. Hisham Abdel Rasoul, CEO of Raya Information Technology, during a press conference held on the sidelines of Cairo ICT 2025.

Abdel Rasoul stated: «Our participation this year marks an extension of Raya’s nearly three-decade leadership in digital transformation across the region. With an expanded presence across three dedicated halls for Raya Information Technology and its subsidiaries, we continue reshaping digital ecosystems through a flexible, comprehensive architecture that integrates enterprise solutions with sustainable innovation.»

He added that this architectural approach ensures stronger alignment between advanced technologies and institutional objectives, enabling organizations to leverage technology as a sustained engine for growth, resilience, and operational excellence.

Robust Revenue and Profit Growth

Discussing the company’s financial performance for the period ending September 2025, Abdel Rasoul highlighted a transformative jump across all key indicators. Revenues increased by 65.1% year-on-year, while gross profit rose by 89.3%. EBITDA saw a remarkable rise of 106.4%, and net profit grew by 139.2%.

«These figures reflect not only the expansion of our operations but also deep improvements in efficiency and cost-structure management,» he said. «Over nearly three decades, we have navigated shifting market cycles—from currency volatility to supply-chain disruptions—while ensuring uninterrupted business continuity. Our disciplined strategies, crisis-readiness, and long-term vision continue to reinforce the confidence of clients and shareholders in Raya’s ability to deliver sustainable value.»

New Strategic Partnerships with Red Hat and IBM

Abdel Rasoul also announced new strategic collaborations aimed at strengthening Raya’s global ecosystem and expanding its service portfolio. «We recently signed strategic partnerships with Red Hat and IBM, two global leaders in hybrid cloud, AI, analytics, and cybersecurity. These alliances will accelerate our expansion efforts and broaden our reach across Egypt and the region. They reinforce Raya’s position as a bridge connecting global technologies with the evolving needs of local and regional enterprises.»

These partnerships, he noted, will support high-impact sectors—including financial services, telecommunications, energy, and government—by providing greater agility, robust security, and advanced data-driven capabilities.

Recognized as Cisco Africa Partner of the Year 2025

Raya’s participation at Cairo ICT follows the company’s recognition as Cisco’s «Africa Partner of the Year». Commenting on the accolade, Abdel Rasoul said: «This award reinforces our leadership across the African continent and showcases our ability to deploy advanced technologies that drive meaningful digital transformation. It reflects our success in executing complex, high-precision projects and building integrated digital ecosystems encompassing cybersecurity, unified communications, and AI-ready data-centers.»

He emphasized that the Cisco partnership continues to strengthen Raya’s regional footprint, enabling the company to deliver high-scale solutions across major industries.

AI-Focused Expansions Across Egypt and the Gulf

Abdel Rasoul confirmed that artificial intelligence is now a strategic pillar of the company’s long-term roadmap. «We view AI as a transformative engine reshaping how organizations operate, innovate, and serve customers. Through our new AI business unit, we are investing in intelligent platforms, scalable models, and sector-specific solutions supporting banking, telecommunications, healthcare, and government.»

Raya Information Technology plans to expand its digital transformation offerings to include advanced analytics, virtual assistants, automated contact-center technologies, and scalable software models—supported by global partnerships that strengthen the company’s AI capabilities.

«Our current focus is on the Egyptian and Saudi markets,» he added, «with a clear roadmap for expansion across the Middle East and North Africa. Through this direction, Raya reaffirms its commitment to shaping a smarter digital future while positioning AI as a key driver of competitiveness and enhanced customer experience.»
