Saudi Egyptian Developers Signs EGP 12 Billion Contract with CCC to Execute “Central” Project in New Cairo
Saudi Egyptian Developers (SED) has announced the signing of an EGP 12 billion contract with Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) for the construction of its landmark project “Central” in New Cairo. Under the agreement, CCC will undertake full construction works for the project, delivering it in line with the highest international standards of quality and professionalism.
This collaboration underscores SED’s commitment to partnering with leading global contractors to realize its vision of developing fully integrated urban communities that reflect the evolving demands of Egypt’s real estate market and support the country’s ongoing urban development efforts.
Construction works are scheduled to begin in November 2025 and will span four years. CCC’s scope of work includes the complete finishing of all buildings, architectural façades, landscaping, public areas, office spaces, and parking facilities—ensuring the project is delivered with exceptional precision and quality across every detail.
Strategically located at the intersection of North and South 90th Streets and Mohamed Naguib Axis, “Central” enjoys a prime position in the heart of New Cairo, offering unmatched accessibility and a vibrant setting that seamlessly combines business, retail, and lifestyle experiences.
The project spans a total built-up area of 160,000 square meters, comprising 10 architecturally integrated buildings that blend premium office spaces, retail outlets, and entertainment zones—creating a dynamic, mixed-use destination designed to balance work, leisure, and modern urban living.
“Central” will feature office spaces of various sizes to meet the needs of corporations and entrepreneurs alike, alongside retail areas dedicated to global brands. In October 2025, SED signed a memorandum of understanding with the representative of major international brands in Egypt, paving the way for the introduction of a premium lineup of retailers within the project. The development will also host upscale restaurants and leisure facilities, offering a lively and inspiring environment that integrates work and lifestyle.
