Cairo, October 21, 2025: Health Insights Asia, the leading company in digital transformation solutions for the healthcare sector, announced its strategic partnership with Vodafone Business to implement an integrated digital project for the benefit of EgyptAir Hospitals and Clinics, to redefine the quality of medical services and operational efficiency within the framework of an ambitious vision in line with Egypt's goals for digital transformation in the health sector.
This project is the largest of its kind in the Egyptian aviation sector, and includes the implementation of a comprehensive package of digital health solutions, including the hospital information system, electronic medical records, and the digitization of clinical and administrative processes, in addition to providing data analysis tools and real-time control panels that help support decision and improve performance. The project relies on advanced technologies such as cloud systems, integration with health insurance systems, and the adoption of international medical coding standards such as ICD-10, ensuring integrated and secure management of health information.

The implementation of the project was launched in December 2023 and is currently being implemented through three main sites of EgyptAir, namely EgyptAir Hospital, which includes 300 beds and 25 outpatient clinics, airport clinics, which include 17 clinics in addition to a laboratory and pharmacy, and the southern administrative complex, which includes 8 outpatient clinics and supporting medical facilities. Patients have already begun to benefit from some digital services since January 2025, with a gradual expansion in jobs and departments, to enjoy more efficient, accurate and faster experience in providing health care over time.
