Tuesday 24 June 2025 14:05

Global outsourcing and customer experience leader Intelcia has been recognized among the top Inspiring Workplaces of 2025, earning top rankings that reflect the company’s unwavering commitment to employee well-being, inclusion, and engagement.

Intelcia secured the #1 position in the Middle East & Africa region across all categories and was ranked #2 in Europe in the category of companies with over 5,000 employees, making it the highest-ranked outsourcing provider in Europe for the year.

At the heart of Intelcia’s recognition is its belief that people are not just a resource, but the reason the company exists. By embedding a people-first strategy across all levels of its operations, Intelcia has redefined what it means to be a sustainable and human-centric employer in today’s dynamic business environment.

> “We are, above all, a people-driven company,” said Ahmed Youssef, Country Director of Intelcia Egypt. “Our core business is service delivery, and that begins with engaged, empowered teams. This recognition is a testament to our commitment to building a sustainable, inclusive, and authentically human workplace.”

Intelcia’s strategy focuses on six pillars outlined by the Inspiring Workplaces Awards: Culture & Purpose, Leadership, Well-being, Inclusion, Employee Voice, and Experience. The group stood out for initiatives that promote real impact—not just policies on paper. Programs such as “Coffee Break” and “Integrity Counts” create open dialogue, psychological safety, and trust throughout the organization.

Strong Presence in Egypt – With Eyes on Expansion

Since entering the Egyptian market in 2023, Intelcia has rapidly expanded its footprint to employ over 2,000 people in Cairo and Alexandria, with plans to double its workforce by 2026. The company’s investment in Egypt goes beyond office spaces—it focuses on developing local talent, offering sustainable career pathways, and contributing to Egypt’s rise as a regional outsourcing hub.

Flexible work models, inclusive infrastructure, and clear career mobility frameworks are just some of the ways Intelcia brings its HR philosophy to life in Egypt and beyond.

> “Our ability to blend local insight with global structure enables us to craft HR models that are both scalable and relevant,” said Ahmed Yehia, Intelcia Egypt HR Director. “We believe this hybrid approach is key to long-term resilience in our sector.”

A Global Strategy with Human Impact

Intelcia’s people-first approach is already benefiting more than 40,000 employees across 19 countries. From onboarding to leadership development, the company weaves human-centric values into every stage of the employee journey, with a clear focus on well-being, inclusion, and long-term engagement.

In an industry often challenged by high turnover and transactional work cultures, Intelcia is setting a new standard—placing people at the center of both performance and purpose.
