ITI Hosts Talent Summit 2025 to Empower Youth and Bridge the Gap in Egypt’s ICT Workforce
The Information Technology Institute (ITI) has launched Talent Summit 2025, a national-scale initiative running from June 15 to July 3, aimed at equipping Egypt’s youth with digital skills and connecting them with employment opportunities in the ever-evolving ICT sector.
With the participation of over 120 local and international companies, the summit is taking place simultaneously across Cairo, Alexandria, and the Delta region, broadening access to diverse talent pools across the country.

Held under the theme “Where Bright Minds Meet Future Opportunities,” the summit offers more than 2,000 training and job opportunities in high-demand specializations, including:

Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Cybersecurity
Digital Design
Data Analysis
The initiative targets ITI’s current learners and graduates, helping them launch their careers through a mix of career development workshops, technical training, and direct employer engagement.
Hands-On Career Development and Industry Connections
The event features a series of practical sessions and expert-led workshops on topics such as:
Interview preparation and mock interviews
Strategic career planning
Exploring future career pathways in tech
Participating companies are also conducting on-site interviews and personalized mentoring sessions, offering students a chance to gain real-time feedback and insights from industry leaders.
A National Effort to Build a Future-Ready Workforce
“Talent Summit 2025 reflects ITI’s core mission to prepare youth for the digital economy and close the gap between academic training and market needs,” said an ITI spokesperson. “With more than 30 specialized training tracks, we continue to qualify graduates for over 150 job roles across cutting-edge technology domains.”
