Egypt Post Joins ”Turathna 2026” to Provide Integrated Shipping and Financial Solutions for Visitors and Exhibitors

Egypt Post is offering a comprehensive suite of postal, financial, and logistical services to visitors and exhibitors at the 8th edition of the "Turathna" Exhibition for Handicrafts and Heritage Arts. Held at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo from October 17 to 24, 2026, the event features more than 1,000 exhibitors.

This participation aims to empower artisans as well as micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) by delivering modern commercial and logistical solutions that facilitate product marketing, streamline sales and delivery, and expand their business reach.

Dalia El-Baz: Supporting Creative Industries and Heritage Craftsmen

Dalia El-Baz, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Postal Authority, emphasized that Egypt Post’s presence at the exhibition aligns with its strategic commitment to empowering artisans, helping them integrate into the modern marketplace, and connecting them with a broader customer base.

She explained that the Authority equips creators of art and traditional crafts with advanced shipping and financial tools, contributing to the preservation of Egypt’s cultural heritage while boosting marketing opportunities for handmade products locally and internationally.

20% Discount on Shipping Services Throughout the Exhibition

At its dedicated pavilion, Egypt Post provides fast shipping and delivery solutions through its "Waslah" and "EasyBox" services, enabling exhibitors and visitors to seamlessly send purchases and goods across all Egyptian governorates.

El-Baz announced an exclusive 20% discount on "Waslah" shipping rates for the entire duration of the exhibition to relieve financial burdens on business owners and encourage them to tap into new markets nationwide.

Advanced E-Commerce and Cash-on-Delivery Systems

The Chairman highlighted the availability of smart solutions, including delivery and cash-on-delivery (COD) services on behalf of exhibitors. This guarantees smooth commercial transactions and encourages artisans to embrace digital commerce and online sales.

She added that these logistical services play a direct role in facilitating the efficient and secure distribution of Egyptian heritage products to new markets both inside and outside Egypt.

Mobile Post Office and ATMs Serving Exhibition Visitors

To deliver an integrated experience for both visitors and exhibitors, Egypt Post has deployed a fully equipped mobile postal unit featuring an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) at the venue. The unit offers a wide array of financial, postal, and governmental services throughout the event.

This initiative is designed to save time and effort for attendees, reflecting the institution's dedication to backing small enterprises and driving the sustainable growth of traditional handicrafts in the market
