Daribatech and Gateley Middle East Forge Strategic Partnership Ahead of UAE E-Invoicing Mandate

Dubai-based tax technology firm Dariba Technologies (Daribatech)—an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) by the UAE Ministry of Finance—has announced a strategic partnership with Gateley Middle East. The alliance is designed to assist enterprises in preparing for and complying with the UAE’s mandatory e-invoicing framework, which takes effect on January 1, 2027.

The collaboration merges Daribatech’s specialized digital tax solutions with Gateley Middle East’s extensive legal, tax, and advisory expertise. This synergistic approach enables companies to assess their e-invoicing readiness, identify necessary technical and regulatory requirements, implement appropriate solutions, and ensure continuous compliance as the UAE's regulatory landscape evolves.

Looming Compliance Deadlines

Under the UAE's current e-invoicing roadmap, businesses generating annual revenues of AED 50 million or more are required to appoint an Accredited Service Provider by October 30, 2026, ahead of the official mandate rollout at the start of 2027. This tight timeline increases the urgency for eligible companies to expedite their readiness assessments and select qualified service providers.

Gateley Middle East, which boasts the largest tax division among law firms in the region, provides comprehensive legal and tax solutions. By integrating Daribatech's technology, the partnership offers businesses an end-to-end framework to seamlessly manage the technical, legal, and tax dimensions of e-invoicing.
