HONOR Expands Egypt After-Sales Network With Five New Service Centers
HONOR is expanding its after-sales footprint in Egypt with five new authorized service centers, as the technology brand looks to ensure its customer support network keeps pace with its growing presence in the local device market.
The expansion adds three locations in Cairo and one each in Alexandria and Mansoura, widening access to official maintenance and technical support beyond the point of sale and making after-sales service a more visible part of HONOR’s growth strategy in Egypt.

The new centers are being rolled out in cooperation with Access and will operate under HONOR’s service standards, providing customers with authorized technical support and maintenance for their devices.
The official opening in Cairo brought together HONOR executives, partners and technology industry representatives, including Mr. Do, General Manager of HONOR Levant and Egypt, Ashraf El Moallem and Islam Shams, Chief Operating Officer of HONOR Egypt.
Mr. Do said Egypt remains an important market for HONOR and that the company’s investment is increasingly extending beyond devices and technology into the infrastructure surrounding the customer experience.

“We see after-sales service as an essential part of the long-term relationship we build with HONOR users,” he said, adding that the company will continue developing its service network as its product portfolio and customer base expand in Egypt.
Three new locations in Cairo, two beyond the capital
HONOR’s latest expansion covers several major population centers rather than concentrating its service footprint in a single area.
The three Cairo centers are located at 52 Mostafa El-Nahas Street in Nasr City, 3 Officers Buildings in Gesr El-Suez and 14A Shubra Street in Shubra.
In Alexandria, the new center is located at 174 El-Horreya Road in Bab Sharq, Ibrahimia, while the Mansoura location is at 38 El-Gomhoria Street, El-Mashaya El-Olwaya, Dakahlia.
Islam Shams, COO of HONOR Egypt, said the locations were selected to make authorized support accessible to a larger number of users across key cities and districts.
For HONOR, that accessibility is becoming increasingly important as the company attempts to build a customer relationship that extends throughout the life of a device rather than ending once a handset is sold.
“The customer experience does not end with purchasing the device,” Shams said. “That is where a new stage begins, requiring reliable, fast and easily accessible support.”
Free checks and waived labour charges mark the opening
HONOR is accompanying the expansion with a package of opening benefits aimed particularly at customers with devices that are already outside their warranty period.
Customers can receive a free device inspection, while labour charges for repairs on out-of-warranty devices will also be waived under the opening offer.
The company is additionally providing free device cleaning, as well as a limited number of complimentary screen protectors subject to availability.
Visitors may also receive promotional gifts, with selected giveaways available to a limited number of walk-in customers while stocks last.
The incentives are designed to encourage users to bring older devices into HONOR’s authorized service network, where maintenance is handled through official support channels rather than relying on unaffiliated repair providers.
The five-center rollout comes as device manufacturers increasingly compete on more than specifications, cameras and AI features. Repair accessibility, maintenance quality and the support available after a purchase are becoming another part of the ownership experience, particularly as consumers keep increasingly capable devices for longer.
For HONOR, that makes after-sales infrastructure part of the same investment story as its AI-powered smartphones, PCs, tablets and wearables. The company’s latest expansion in Egypt is an attempt to ensure that as its device ecosystem grows, the service network behind it grows with it.
