B.Laban Renews Partnership with Foodics for Two More Years to Support Operations and Expansion

Foodics, a leading restaurant and payment technology company in the Middle East and North Africa, announced the renewal of its partnership with B.Laban for an additional two years, extending the collaboration between both companies to four years. Baheeg and Konafa we Basboosa, which operate under the same management as B.Laban, have also renewed their contracts with Foodics, continuing the ongoing collaboration between the two sides.

The continued partnership reflects Foodics’ ability to meet the evolving needs of brands as their businesses grow, through an integrated ecosystem that covers different aspects of operations and business management across the restaurant and hospitality sector, while enabling businesses to manage their operations and channels through one unified system. B.Laban uses a range of Foodics solutions, including Foodics Open API for integrations with third-party platforms, Foodics Call Center for order management and customer communication, Foodics Online, including mobile applications for Android and iOS, as well as Foodics AI to leverage artificial intelligence and data to enhance operations and support decision-making.

B.Laban currently uses Foodics solutions across 150 branches in Egypt, while continuing its collaboration with Foodics across the markets it has expanded into, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Morocco, Libya, Jordan, Qatar, Oman, and Kuwait, supporting greater operational integration across markets and more efficient business management on a regional scale.

Belal Zahran, Chief Revenue Officer at Foodics, said: “Our four-year collaboration with B.Laban reflects the practical value we aim to deliver to our customers as their businesses evolve. At Foodics, we focus on making operations simpler and more transparent by bringing together the tools and data teams need within one ecosystem, giving them greater visibility over their business and enabling more effective decision-making. B.Laban’s journey demonstrates how this approach can support a brand whose needs continue to evolve as its network of branches and markets grows.”

The renewal comes as part of Foodics’ approach to building long-term relationships with its customers, based on understanding their business needs and evolving alongside them, further strengthening the company’s position as a key partner for brands across the sector
