Egyptian Tech Firms Showcase AI and Cybersecurity Innovations at GITEX Europe Berlin 2026
Five Egyptian technology companies showcased their latest digital solutions and innovations at GITEX Europe Berlin 2026, one of the world's leading technology exhibitions, as part of Egypt's official delegation organized by the country's leading ICT industry organizations to expand the global footprint of Egyptian technology companies.
The delegation was jointly organized by the Chamber of Information Technology and Communications Industry (CIT Chamber), the Egyptian Information, Telecommunications, Electronics and Software Alliance (EITESAL), and the General Division for Digital Economy and Technology, with support from the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA).
The initiative aimed to strengthen Egypt's presence in international technology markets, open new business opportunities across Europe, promote digital exports, and facilitate strategic investment and commercial partnerships with global technology companies.
The Egyptian delegation featured five companies representing a range of advanced technology sectors: MTS Enterprise, SIGMA EMEA, TechnoWelle, INZOX LLC, and DoctorVoice, a healthcare AI solution developed by BackBoard Technology.
DoctorVoice achieved a significant milestone by qualifying for the finals of the prestigious Supernova Startup Competition, held alongside GITEX Europe Berlin 2026, becoming the only Egyptian startup to reach the final stage of the competition. The AI-powered platform enables patients to access remote medical consultations quickly and efficiently through intelligent voice technology.
Throughout the exhibition, the participating companies demonstrated solutions spanning artificial intelligence, smart software applications, cybersecurity, and digital innovation, while engaging with international investors, technology partners, and potential clients to explore expansion opportunities in European markets.
The participating organizations said the mission represented an important step toward increasing Egypt's technology exports and strengthening the country's position as a regional innovation hub. They emphasized that the joint participation reflects the growing collaboration among Egypt's ICT ecosystem to support promising local companies in accessing global markets and building strategic international partnerships.
They added that the exhibition also provided valuable opportunities for Egyptian companies to exchange expertise with international technology firms, identify emerging market trends, and explore new areas of cooperation across the European technology landscape.
GITEX Europe Berlin is regarded as one of the world's premier technology events, bringing together thousands of technology companies, startups, entrepreneurs, investors, and policymakers from around the globe to showcase the latest innovations and shape the future of the digital economy.
