 Speaking at the 9th Marketers League held at the Grand Egyptian Museum, Mohamed Siam, Chief Commercial Officer of Juhayna, detailed the company’s non-stop operational model. With a market share exceeding 60% in the packaged dairy sector, Juhayna’s production cycles are dictated by the daily influx of 100% fresh natural milk, requiring 24/7 factory readiness. Siam emphasized that Juhayna’s resilience stems from its upstream investments, which include private farms and the development of over 150 external farms through technical and financial support programs.

This integrated approach extends beyond dairy to the juice sector, where Juhayna owns vast orange groves and a specialized concentrates factory. Notably, the company’s industrial capacity is so robust that it supplies fruit concentrates to its own domestic competitors while exporting to more than 64 countries worldwide. By controlling the quality of raw materials at the source, Juhayna ensures a high-quality, cost-competitive Egyptian product that meets stringent international standards.
