Doha Bank Unveils Groundbreaking Customer Experience Kiosk (CXK) as Part of ”Himma” Strategic Vision

 Doha Bank has officially launched its first-of-its-kind Customer Experience Kiosk (CXK), marking a significant milestone in the bank’s digital transformation journey under its "Himma" strategy. The new interactive kiosk is designed to offer a seamless and flexible digital banking experience, allowing customers to perform a wide range of essential services independently and instantly.

Key features of the CXK include instant card issuance and renewal, the immediate generation of IBAN and balance certificates, and real-time account monitoring. Additionally, the device enables customers to submit formal disputes directly, streamlining traditional bureaucratic processes. Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Fahad bin Faisal Al Thani, Group CEO of Doha Bank, stated that the CXK is central to a "customer-centric" ecosystem that prioritizes innovation and intelligence, adding that this launch will soon be complemented by a major overhaul of the bank's mobile application.
