Mountain View Saudi Arabia joins elite developers and financial institutions at the Umrah and Visit Forum 2026

Mountain View Saudi Arabia participated in the Umrah and Visit Forum 2026, held at the King Salman International Conference Center in Madinah, alongside a select group of leading international developers, government entities, and financial institutions. Mountain View was the only Egyptian real estate developer on this exclusive list, reflecting the confidence regional markets have in its expertise and ability to transfer integrated urban development models to new markets while respecting the cultural and spiritual character of each city.

The company was represented at the forum by Eng. Ahmed Rashid, CEO of Mountain View Saudi Arabia, who participated in a closed panel discussion titled “Mechanisms and Strategies for Market Entry, Construction, and Development.” He joined a select group of developers, government officials, and financial institutions to discuss market entry strategies and the development of integrated urban projects.

He also participated as a speaker in a session titled “Enhancing Madinah’s Position in the Global Development Landscape,” which addressed the role of long-term investment and government planning in supporting urban development, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

Mountain View is also working to transfer its expertise in developing integrated urban communities to the Saudi market by applying models based on quality of life and sustainability, while adapting these experiences to align with the cultural and spiritual character of each city.

Partnerships with government entities are a key factor in developing cities with a unique character. The success of projects in markets like Madinah is linked to operating within a clear regulatory framework and a comprehensive development vision led by the state.

Projects such as “Hayat” and “One” exemplify the company’s approach to developing integrated communities. These projects incorporate elements of Najdi architecture in their design, while also providing a comprehensive living experience that fosters social cohesion and meets the needs of the local market.

The company also relies on leveraging global expertise and transferring technical knowledge, integrating it with local talent to ensure the application of global best practices and support the Kingdom’s development goals.

Mountain View’s participation in the Umrah and Visit Forum reflects the company’s commitment to being present at leading regional platforms dedicated to developing the hospitality and urban development sectors, and to fostering the exchange of ideas with various stakeholders, including developers and regulatory bodies.

This participation also demonstrates the company’s commitment to contributing to the development of models that align with the nature of different markets and support growth trajectories in the region.
