Egypt City achieves an unprecedented milestone by recording its highest ever sales value, reaching 52.1 billion Egyptian pounds in 2025.

Madinet Misr (EGX: MASR.CA) recorded exceptional performance in 2025, with new sales reaching approximately EGP 52.1 billion, representing significant growth compared to 2024. This reflects the strength of the company's business model and the flexibility of its expansion strategy.

The company successfully sold 4,462 units during the year, while the number of units delivered increased to 1,941, compared to 645 units delivered in 2024, marking a remarkable 201% increase. This underscores Madinet Misr's commitment to meeting delivery schedules and strengthening customer confidence. These strong results reflect the robust financial position of Madinet Misr and the success of its strategy to grow its land portfolio and develop diverse projects in strategic locations, delivering sustainable value to customers and aligning with Egypt’s Vision 2030 for urban development.

In this context, Eng. Abdallah Sallam, CEO and Managing Director of Madinet Misr, stated: “We are proud of Madinet Misr’s strong performance in 2025, which reflects the dedication of our teams and the confidence our customers have in our projects. Achieving new sales of EGP 52.1 billion, along with unprecedented growth in delivery rates, confirms the success of our balanced strategy that combines expansion with sustainable growth.” He added: “The significant 201% increase in the number of delivered units compared to 2024 is a major achievement and underscores our commitment to delivering our projects according to the highest standards of quality and efficiency, meeting our customers’ aspirations.”

During 2025, Madinet Misr continued its expansion strategy by launching new projects and forging successful strategic partnerships, which witnessed strong customer demand, reflecting growing confidence in the company's brand and its ability to deliver integrated real estate products that meet market needs.

A strategic partnership was signed to establish Prism as the first commercial and entertainment center in Taj City, the commercial district within Taj City.

Meanwhile, the Talala project was launched in New Heliopolis City. Talala boasts a strategic location, spanning two plots of land totaling 491.41 acres, with investments amounting to EGP 90 billion.

The company also launched the Elm Tree Park project, covering 476,262 square meters (113 acres), with total sales approaching EGP 20 billion. Strategic partnerships have also been signed with leading contracting companies to accelerate the development of our projects and execute construction work within the Clubside project in Taj City, and the Elan, Ray, and Ray Views projects in Sarai.

These partnerships come as part of Madinet Misr’s ongoing efforts to provide integrated residential solutions that meet the needs of the Egyptian market and keep pace with the latest sustainable engineering and architectural standards for urban communities. They also support the company’s plans to develop its land portfolio, thus enhancing its targeted growth.

Madinet Misr aims to maximize the utilization of its land portfolio, which spans approximately 12.8 million square meters, by developing integrated and sustainable projects that include residential, commercial, and administrative units, in addition to land allocated for educational, sports, and recreational services. This will be achieved according to the highest standards of quality and efficiency, supporting the company’s long-term growth and strengthening its contribution to sustainable urban development in Egypt.
