NTI Launches Round 13 of ‘Digital Egypt Youth – HireReady Initiative’

The National Telecommunication Institute (NTI) has launched Round 13 of the Digital Egypt Youth – HireReady Initiative, recognized as one of the most successful workforce qualification initiatives.

The four-month program is offered free of charge across ten Creativa Innovation Hubs in seven governorates, providing intensive training and development opportunities in diverse regions. It is designed to prepare a highly qualified digital workforce capable of entering the labor market in the most in-demand technical fields.

The program targets university graduates within five years of graduation, aiming to bridge the gap between academic education and practical market requirements. It features several technical tracks: Electronics and Embedded Systems, Cybersecurity, Network Infrastructure and Enablers, Software Engineering, DevOps Engineering, and Telecom Engineering. Participants also benefit from dedicated modules to enhance soft skills and English language proficiency, in addition to a one-month on-the-job (OTJ) training within companies, totaling 120 hours.

In previous rounds, the initiative achieved employment rates exceeding 87.84%, reaching 100% in some specializations.

Established in 1983, NTI is a national center of excellence and one of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology’s (MCIT) training arms. It provides educational, research, and consultancy services that support national strategies to build a digital society and strengthen technological competitiveness in line with Egypt’s Vision 2030.
