United Brothers Engineering Industries, owner of the Siltal brand, announced the implementation of an intensive training program for heads of customer service, maintenance, after-sales services, and sales departments. This program is part of a comprehensive plan aimed at enhancing employee efficiency and performance to align with the company's aspirations and expansion plans for 2026.

Dr. Hatem Raslan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of United Brothers Engineering Industries, emphasized that this training aims to boost professionalism in customer relations, improve response times to customer requests, and deliver more efficient and higher-quality service. This reflects United Brothers' commitment to enhancing the customer experience and ensuring optimal support at every stage of the after-sales process.

The training program focuses on the Odoo system, one of the most important integrated systems for managing and organizing workflows across different departments. This contributes to accelerating performance and increasing operational efficiency, reflecting the company's dedication to developing its internal work system at all levels and creating a flexible and organized work environment that ensures employee well-being and achieves the highest possible levels of efficiency.

He noted that the company organized a training and orientation day for sales representatives in Cairo, Giza, and all governorates of the Republic, aimed at enhancing their knowledge of the products and their technical specifications, as well as introducing them to the company's latest offerings. This initiative is part of ensuring that sales representatives have accurate and comprehensive information, enabling them to provide reliable advice to customers and help them choose the product best suited to their needs. The event also included a field visit to the factory to observe the various stages of manufacturing, reinforcing confidence in product quality and the accuracy of the information provided about them.

This move aligns with United Brothers' 2026 strategy, during which the company is preparing to launch a new range of products enhanced with higher quality and newer technologies. This necessitates a highly prepared team with effective communication skills to ensure the company's message and products reach the Egyptian market in the most effective way.

Dr. Hatem Raslan, Chairman of the Board of United Brothers Engineering Industries, revealed a major expansion plan for the Siltal brand in several major retail outlets in Cairo, including B.Tech, Cairo Sales, Egyptian Markets on Abdel Aziz Street, and Mazaya. He added that a comprehensive expansion covering all governorates of Egypt will be announced in early 2026, aiming to make Siltal products directly and quickly available to customers throughout the country.

He noted that this new phase is designed to reinforce customer trust built over more than sixty years, emphasizing that the slogan for the new year's marketing campaign is "60 Years of Trust... and Still Going Strong."

He added that establishing strong partnerships with major retailers in Egypt enhances the company's ability to reach a wider audience, noting that the list of clients and success partners that have been contracted with includes Raneen, B.Tech, Egyptian Markets for Abdel Aziz Street, Mazaya and Cairo Sales, pointing out that this expansion means that United Brothers continues to strengthen its presence in the Egyptian market, supported by long experience spanning six decades, and is preparing for a new phase of development, quality and expansion in 2026.
