Concrete Plus wins contract to implement City Gate project – New Cairo worth 3.5 billion Egyptian pounds
Concrete Plus, a leading Egyptian contracting and engineering company, announced that it has been awarded the contract to execute the City Gate project in New Cairo, owned by Qatari Diar Real Estate Development Company, with a total expected contract value of EGP 3.5 billion.
Concrete Plus's scope of work includes the construction of 300 residential units, in addition to the project's infrastructure, with a 30-month timeframe for completion.
City Gate New Cairo is an integrated city strategically located in the heart of New Cairo. Spanning 8.5 million square meters, the project is being developed as a fully integrated urban community featuring a variety of residential units, including villas and apartments, supported by a comprehensive network of services and amenities. The project includes schools, healthcare facilities, social and sports clubs, a medical complex, a world-class business district, approximately 1.5 million square meters of green spaces, and a world-class golf course, reflecting a development vision aimed at creating a modern and integrated urban community. The project is expected to create more than 200,000 direct and indirect job opportunities, making it one of the most ambitious urban development projects in Egypt.
