Misr Italia Properties Partners with Arabtec and El Amar to Accelerate Construction at Solare Ras El Hekma
Misr Italia Properties, a leading real estate developer in Egypt, has announced a new strategic partnership with Arabtec and El Amar to accelerate construction progress at the flagship Solare Ras El Hekma project on the North Coast.
Under the agreement, the partners have commenced construction works in the Cielo phase, which includes 76 townhouse units with a total built-up area of 13,254 square meters. The scope covers all concrete structures, exterior finishing, and the main project gate.
The contract forms part of the EGP 1.2 billion investment allocated to the Cielo phase and contributes to the broader investment plan for the entire Solare Ras El Hekma project, which carries total investments of EGP 30 billion.
