Prime Minister Visits Orange Egypt’s Pavilion at Cairo ICT

Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, accompanied by Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, visited the pavilion of Orange Egypt this evening during the 29th edition of the Cairo International Technology Exhibition and Conference Cairo ICT.

They were received by Hesham Mahran, CEO and Managing Director of Orange Egypt, who presented a comprehensive overview of the company’s latest achievements in digital transformation and artificial intelligence.

During the tour, Mahran showcased Orange Egypt’s pioneering collaboration with the Public Prosecution, through which digital services for traffic, family, and criminal prosecution have been integrated into the My Orange application. These services allow citizens to request, pay for, and track transactions electronically with ease and speed.

Mahran also demonstrated “Ask Mariam”, Egypt’s first AI-powered virtual assistant deployed across the nation’s airports. The assistant interacts in multiple languages and provides travellers with instant, accurate information.

He further highlighted “Sara AI”, Orange’s intelligent tourism assistant, alongside the company’s latest innovations in smart home technology, stressing that Orange is committed to applying AI in practical and sustainable ways that benefit both society and the Egyptian economy.

The Prime Minister also viewed Orange’s smart education solutions, including AI-enabled interactive classrooms, as well as the company’s 5G-powered industrial assembly robot, designed to enhance manufacturing speed and efficiency.

Orange Egypt is participating this year as the official sponsor of Cairo ICT 2025, held under the theme “AI Everywhere”, underscoring the company’s role as a key driver of Egypt’s national digital transformation agenda
