Intelcia Expands in Egypt with New ITIDA Partnership to Boost Workforce to 5,000 by 2026
Intelcia, a global leader in customer experience and IT outsourcing services, has reinforced its long-term commitment to Egypt’s digital transformation and global competitiveness with the signing of a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA). The agreement was formalized during the Global Offshoring Summit held in Cairo on November 9–10, an event that brought together global industry leaders, policymakers, and investors to shape the future of outsourcing and digital services.
Reinforcing Egypt’s Position as a Global Outsourcing Hub
Intelcia’s active participation in the summit underscores its strategic vision to strengthen Egypt’s role as a regional and international hub for multilingual outsourcing and IT services. The company’s continuous investment in local talent and advanced digital capabilities positions Egypt as a key pillar in Intelcia’s global growth strategy.

During the summit, Karim Bernoussi, Co-founder and CEO of Intelcia Group, took part in a Presidential Roundtable hosted by H.E. President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, alongside top global executives and investors. The roundtable highlighted Egypt’s competitive advantages, growing digital infrastructure, and commitment to fostering a thriving outsourcing ecosystem.

Egypt continues to be one of our most strategic markets, with an exceptional talent pool that drives our success.”

A Strategic Partnership for Growth and Talent Development
The MoU between Intelcia and ITIDA was signed in the presence of H.E. Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister of Egypt; H.E. Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology; and Eng. Ahmed El-Zaher, CEO of ITIDA.
Under this agreement, Intelcia will expand its workforce in Egypt to 5,000 employees by the end of 2026, doubling its current size and reinforcing its role as one of the leading multinational employers in Egypt’s outsourcing industry. The company will continue to invest in talent development programs to empower young Egyptians across customer experience management, technical support, and advanced digital services.
> “The partnership with Intelcia reflects the global confidence in Egypt’s exceptional human capital and the supportive digital investment environment fostered by the government,” said Eng. Ahmed El-Zaher, CEO of ITIDA. “Each new expansion within this sector is a step toward realizing Egypt’s vision for a strong, knowledge-based digital economy.”
