Noventiq Strengthens Investment and Partnerships in Egypt’s Digital Future

Noventiq, a leading global solutions and services provider in digital transformation and cybersecurity, reaffirmed its strong commitment to Egypt and the wider region as a growing technology hub during the Global Offshoring Summit – Egypt 2025, held in Cairo on November 9–10 under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister of Egypt.

The summit, organized by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), brought together international technology leaders, policymakers, and innovators to discuss the future of digital services, artificial intelligence, and the knowledge economy.

As part of the event, Noventiq signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ITIDA, marking a key step toward strengthening collaboration in digital transformation, capacity building, and innovation enablement. The agreement aims to promote knowledge exchange and drive the adoption of AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity solutions, supporting the Egyptian government’s efforts to position the country as a regional hub for digital services.

In his address on the future of outsourcing, Torgrim Takle, CEO of Noventiq, emphasized Egypt’s competitive advantages in the global technology landscape, highlighting its strategic location, young and skilled talent pool, robust government support, and advanced digital infrastructure.

> “Digital transformation is no longer optional – it’s a strategic imperative,” Takle said. “Egypt stands out as a model for nurturing innovation and investing in youth, and we are proud to partner with the country in building a smarter, more connected future.”

During the summit, Noventiq also announced a strategic partnership and investment from Niobrara Capital, underscoring investor confidence in the company’s growth trajectory and its mission to empower enterprises with cutting-edge AI, cloud, and cybersecurity technologies.
