Aman Holding, Bokra Holding, Arrw Rides, and Nissan Egypt Launch Strategic Partnership to Empower Youth with 6,000 Locally-Made Cars

landmark move to boost financial inclusion and create new job opportunities for Egyptian youth, Aman Holding, a subsidiary of Raya Holding and one of Egypt’s leading non-banking fintech players, announced a strategic partnership with Bokra Holding, Arrw Rides, and Nissan Egypt.
The initiative includes over EGP 5 billion in flexible financing solutions, covering loans and sukuk, to fund 6,000 locally manufactured Nissan vehicles. These vehicles will be operated by young drivers through the Arrw ride-hailing platform, enabling them to join Egypt’s fast-growing smart mobility sector.
Bokra Holding will complement the financing plan by providing innovative saving solutions for drivers, in cooperation with Aman, to help them improve their living standards and achieve long-term financial goals. The collaboration is expected to stimulate entrepreneurship, enhance the transport sector, and contribute positively to Egypt’s broader economic indicators.
Eng. Hazem Magzoub, CEO of Business and Commercial Affairs at Aman Holding, said:
"This partnership is a major step toward expanding access to financing solutions and bringing more citizens under the umbrella of financial inclusion, in line with Egypt’s ambitious vision. With over 21.3 million young people in Egypt, it was only natural for us to focus on creating solutions that empower them. Through this collaboration with Nissan Egypt, Arrw Rides, and Bokra Holding, we are enabling real job opportunities by facilitating access to modern, reliable cars for the growing ride-hailing market."
Ayman El Sawy, Founder and CEO of Bokra Holding, added:
"This partnership extends Bokra’s strategy of offering innovative saving solutions that help individuals achieve their financial goals. Following the launch of our upgraded Bokra app and our pioneering sukuk platform, we are committed to supporting youth empowerment in alignment with Egypt Vision 2030. Working with Aman and Arrw Rides allows us to provide individuals with tools to secure their money, invest in real assets, and improve their quality of life."
Mohamed Abou El Naga Negati, Co-Founder of Arrw Rides, commented:
"After the success of our pilot in Alexandria, we are excited to scale our services nationwide. This partnership gives young drivers the chance to invest in their future through access to financing and new vehicles. We are proud to be part of this alliance and look forward to expanding smart transport options in Egypt."
Arrw Rides confirmed its role in maintaining high service quality and safety standards by carefully selecting drivers through personal interviews and comprehensive medical, criminal, and security checks.
Eng. Mohamed Abdelsamad, Managing Director of Nissan Egypt, said:
"We are proud to participate in initiatives that have a direct economic impact by creating real jobs for youth. With Nissan’s local manufacturing strength and Japanese operating standards, this partnership reflects the integration of production, financing, and digital platforms to expand Egypt’s smart mobility economy. Nissan remains committed to local investment, maintaining its leadership in the passenger car market for two consecutive years (2023 and 2024)."
This partnership builds on Aman’s broader efforts to promote youth empowerment through innovative financial and training programs, including collaborations with the Challenge Fund for Youth Employment (CFYE) and international partners.
