Digital Egypt Cubs Initiative – Fourth Cohort
The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) is accepting applications for the fourth cohort of Digital Egypt Cubs Initiative (DECI), open for new students wishing to join the foundation program for the year 2025–26, scheduled to start in October. DECI is designed for students from the first year of preparatory school through the second year of secondary school.
Required Documents:
- Computerized birth certificate of the student
- Transcript and certificate of enrollment confirming the student’s enrollment at the school for the upcoming academic year 2025–26 or the completed year 2024–25
- Original or clear copy (double-sided) of the valid National ID card of the parent
- Signed declaration by the student and parent, available for download from the initiative’s website
- Recent colored photo of the student (4×6 cm) with a white background
Students already enrolled in DECI third cohort or the 2025 summer program are not eligible to apply.
