During the Cairo International Technology Exhibition and Conference (Cairo ICT 2026), Raya Holding for Financial Investments announced the signing of three strategic Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs). The agreements aim to expand cooperation in cloud computing, integrated digital solutions, and support for the startup and entrepreneurship ecosystem, according to an official disclosure submitted to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

Advanced Cloud Computing and Upcoming Partnership with EgyHosting

The first MoU, signed with EgyHosting, focuses on exploring growth opportunities in cloud computing services, innovating joint digital solutions, and exchanging technical and operational expertise while opening new business horizons for both parties.

Enhancing Cybersecurity and Supporting Startups via "Cyber Plus"

In line with supporting innovation, the second MoU was established with Egex Consultant for Consulting and Innovation to collaborate through the "Cyber Plus" program and the "Raya Cloud Stars" initiative. This partnership aims to deliver virtual hosting services and cybersecurity solutions, alongside providing mentorship and technical advisory services to qualified startups.

Alliance Between Raya and Nutanix Serving Government and Enterprise Sectors

The third MoU brings together Raya Integration, Raya Data Center, and global tech firm Nutanix to explore expansion opportunities for cloud services across Egypt, specifically targeting the public sector, enterprise markets, and commercial businesses. The agreement sets out the general framework for pre-sales collaboration—from opportunity identification and development to proposal preparation and negotiations—leveraging the Nutanix Elevate Partner Program.

Strategic Vision for AI and Data Center Expansion

These initiatives align with Raya Information Technology's strategic vision to enhance its service portfolio, launch specialized entities in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, expand its data center and managed services capabilities, and build upon its extensive expertise in banking technology and systems integration.
