The company also secured new banking licenses in France, Colombia, and Argentina, in addition to obtaining conditional approval from the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) for a national bank charter in the United States. These steps complement Revolut’s existing banking operations across 30 markets within the European Economic Area (EEA).

Employee Ownership: A Vision for Continued Growth
Nik Storonsky, Founder and CEO of Revolut, stated that launching each new bank gives more people better tools to manage their money anywhere in the world, emphasizing that employee share ownership remains a core element of the company’s culture. He added that the company once again offered its team the opportunity to share directly in the value they helped build.
For his part, Victor Stinga, Chief Financial Officer of Revolut, noted that these achievements are the result of multi-year efforts to consolidate digital banking services in key markets and build the infrastructure needed to reach millions of new customers outside Europe.
