Dubai Finance is participating as a Strategic Sponsor in the 4th edition of the "Dubai Fintech Summit 2026," taking place on November 2–3 at Madinat Jumeirah under the theme "AI for Financial Innovation." During the event, the department will showcase a suite of advanced digital initiatives and solutions designed to develop public finance and promote a cashless economy, in collaboration with key industry partners.

Digital Solutions and Innovative Initiatives to Enhance Governance

Dubai Finance’s participation features the key pillars of the Dubai Cashless Strategy and the future of its accompanying ecosystem, alongside the DP3 platform for managing public-private partnership (PPP) projects.

It also highlights the AI-powered "AIltizam" platform, developed to detect financial and legislative compliance gaps, analyze associated risks, and provide actionable recommendations to support decision-making and enhance governance efficiency.

H.E. Abdulrahman Saleh Al Saleh, Director General of Dubai Finance, emphasized that this participation reflects the department's commitment to embracing innovation and expanding partnerships to build a more efficient and sustainable financial ecosystem that delivers tangible value to the economy and society.

Practical Applications for Smart Payments and Revenue Collection

Ahmed Ali Meftah, Executive Director of the Central Accounts Sector, explained that transitioning toward a cashless economy requires an interconnected system serving the government, businesses, and individuals, noting ongoing work with partners to translate modern technologies into practical use cases for government payments and revenue collection.

Huda Hamdan Al Shaikh, Executive Director of Corporate Services Sector and Chief AI Officer, pointed to the department's commitment to deploying artificial intelligence in practical applications that link innovation with effective governance to deliver reliable and competitive services.

Interactive Demos and Partnerships with Network International and Neopay

In collaboration with Network International and Neopay, the department is delivering practical demonstrations on AI agent-assisted shopping, "Network Max" digital solutions for SMEs, and the "Slice" flexible payment solution.

The showcases also cover the integration of local payment methods (Jaywan and Aani) and international methods (Alipay, WeChat Pay, and RuPay), in addition to AED-backed stablecoin acceptance and cryptocurrency payment journeys for government services.

Amna Mohammad Lootah, Director of the Digital Payment Systems Regulation Division, highlighted that these demos allow visitors to experience the payment journey firsthand, demonstrating how modern tech simplifies transactions for both merchants and consumers.
