ICT Misr Partners With Egypt’s Mortgage Finance Federation to Build a More Connected Digital Ecosystem
A Digital Infrastructure Push for Mortgage Finance
ICT Misr and the Egyptian Mortgage Finance Federation are joining forces to expand the use of digital technologies across Egypt’s mortgage finance market.
Under a newly signed memorandum of understanding, the federation’s members will gain access to FINOVA Mortgage Finance, while a new Mortgage Integration Hub will provide a centralized digital gateway connecting mortgage companies with related service providers.
The initiative is intended to simplify processes, improve operational performance and strengthen digital integration across the sector.
FINOVA Extends Digital Lending Capabilities
FINOVA Mortgage Finance is part of ICT Misr’s FINOVA – Digital Lending Platform, which provides digital solutions for non-bank financial activities regulated by the Financial Regulatory Authority.
Its targeted areas include mortgage finance, consumer finance, microfinance and factoring.
For mortgage companies, the system is designed to automate business processes and improve the financing workflow, while supporting stronger governance, transparency and transaction security.
One Hub for Supporting Mortgage Services
The Mortgage Integration Hub is being launched under the supervision of the Egyptian Mortgage Finance Federation.
The platform is expected to facilitate access to a range of supporting services, including credit checks, real estate valuation, digital identity services and electronic signatures.
By bringing these services together through a central platform, the initiative aims to strengthen connectivity between mortgage companies and service providers while helping accelerate customer-facing processes.
Companies Can Select Services Based on Their Needs
ICT Misr Chairman Mohamed El-Mofty said FINOVA provides different levels of digital services, including basic services available free of charge and more advanced options aligned with individual companies’ requirements and capabilities.
He said cooperation with sector associations can expand the reach of digital solutions and promote greater integration between institutions and service providers.
Toward a More Competitive Mortgage Market
Federation Chairman Mohamed El-Kahky described the partnership as an opportunity to translate digital transformation into practical improvements for mortgage finance companies and their customers.
Meanwhile, Vice Chairperson Marian Fahmy emphasized that technology can help mortgage companies simplify procedures, improve service quality and reach wider customer segments.
The federation said the initiative forms part of its efforts to modernize the sector, improve its digital infrastructure and create a more efficient and sustainable environment for the growth of mortgage finance in Egypt.
