Dubai Chambers Launches World’s First AI Agent Marketplace Developed by a Chamber of Commerce
Dubai Chambers has launched Chamber AI Hub, described as the world’s first agentic AI marketplace developed by a chamber of commerce, giving private-sector companies in Dubai access to ready-to-use AI agents capable of independently performing a range of administrative and operational tasks.
The platform currently features 22 specialized AI agents covering seven key business functions, with plans to expand the offering to 100 agents as part of a broader program designed to accelerate the adoption of agentic AI among more than 295,000 private-sector companies.
22 AI Agents Across Seven Business Functions
Chamber AI Hub currently offers specialized AI agents across compliance, procurement, operations, finance, sales, human resources and logistics.
The marketplace is designed to provide practical solutions for everyday business activities, including supplier assessments, contract reviews, invoice matching, business proposal preparation, recruitment screening and lead evaluation.
The number of available agents is expected to increase gradually to 100, giving companies access to a broader range of specialized AI-powered solutions.
Companies Can Test AI Agents Before Deployment
Businesses can test the intelligent systems in a sandbox environment before deploying them across their operations.
The platform provides an initial free credit balance as well as usage-based subscription packages. It also offers readiness assessments and dashboards that allow companies to monitor usage, costs and performance.
A dedicated management portal enables businesses to oversee how their teams use AI agents and manage their adoption across the organization.
Supporting the Shift Toward Agentic AI
Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, said the success of the transition to agentic AI should not be measured simply by technology adoption, but by how effectively companies use these tools to address business challenges and deliver measurable results.
He said Dubai Chambers is working to connect knowledge with practical implementation, build capabilities and expand access to specialized solutions and high-quality tools that can help businesses adapt to change and improve the way they operate.
Program Targets More Than 295,000 Companies
The launch of Chamber AI Hub forms part of a broader two-year program aimed at enabling more than 295,000 private-sector companies to adopt agentic AI technologies.
The initiative also includes specialized training for 14,000 companies to support the integration of AI solutions into their operational processes.
The program is intended to help businesses improve efficiency, strengthen competitiveness and transform their operating models through greater use of AI-powered technologies.
