BHM Capital has become the first financial institution in the UAE to connect to the Astana International Exchange (AIX) as a Market Making Member through the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange’s (ADX) Tabadul platform.

The milestone represents another step in BHM Capital’s regional expansion strategy and highlights the company’s commitment to strengthening cross-border connectivity between capital markets.

BHM Capital Expands Market Making Capabilities

Through its connection to AIX via ADX’s Tabadul platform, BHM Capital will be able to provide market making services on the exchange.

Tabadul is an exchange connectivity platform designed to facilitate access between participating regional and international capital markets, enabling greater connectivity across markets.

As the first UAE financial institution to establish this connection, BHM Capital is further expanding its market making capabilities and strengthening its presence across an increasingly interconnected network of exchanges.

Supporting Liquidity and Market Efficiency

As a Market Making Member on AIX, BHM Capital will contribute to improving market liquidity, supporting efficient price discovery, and creating a more active trading environment for investors.

The move also supports greater integration between regional capital markets while contributing to the development of more efficient market infrastructure.

BHM Capital Highlights Regional Growth Strategy

Abdel Hadi Al Sa’di, Chief Executive Officer of BHM Capital, said that becoming the first UAE financial institution to connect to AIX as a Market Making Member through ADX’s Tabadul platform represents an important milestone in the company’s regional growth.

He noted that the achievement reflects BHM Capital’s continued efforts to expand its market making capabilities, strengthen connectivity between regional capital markets, and provide innovative liquidity solutions that generate greater value for investors.

Al Sa’di added that the company remains focused on supporting the development of more integrated and efficient financial markets across the region.

Expanding Regional Capital Markets Presence

The latest development builds on BHM Capital’s strategy to expand its regional footprint through strategic partnerships, advanced trading infrastructure, and continued investment in technology and market innovation.

The company said the connection further reinforces its role in supporting the development of interconnected capital markets across the region.

BHM Capital provides a range of capital markets services, including brokerage, market making, asset management, investment banking, liquidity provision, and corporate advisory, supporting the development, integration, and accessibility of regional financial markets.
