Ecovis Egypt Consulting Approves Expansion Strategy, Aims to Support Company Listings on the Egyptian Exchange
The Board of Directors of Ecovis Egypt Consulting, chaired by Ibrahim Fawzy and attended by Managing Director and CEO Mohamed Saeed Kamel, has approved the key pillars of the company’s new expansion strategy. The strategy aims to strengthen the firm's presence in local and regional markets and expand its client base to include national economic entities alongside international institutions.
Strategic Partnerships to Diversify Client Portfolio
The expansion plan centers on broadening advisory and financial services through strategic partnerships and cooperation protocols with prominent financial and economic entities. This initiative supports client portfolio diversification while leveraging the firm’s international expertise to drive business development.
Global Expertise Serving Local and Regional Markets
Mohamed Saeed Kamel emphasized that the company relies on a proven track record of providing financial advisory services to major global financial institutions and banks, including Standard Chartered, Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, J.P. Morgan, and Wells Fargo. Ecovis Egypt aims to deploy this extensive experience to support and develop economic entities across the Egyptian and regional markets.
Empowering SMEs and Preparing Companies for the EGX
Kamel added that supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is a top priority, alongside offering financial and administrative restructuring and rehabilitation services for companies seeking to list and trade on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX). These services aim to enhance corporate governance efficiency and financial readiness, enabling companies to meet capital market requirements, attract investments, access new financing sources, and achieve sustainable growth.
Digital Transformation and Network Integration
On the technical front, the board approved a digital transformation agreement and a website upgrade project. This initiative will ensure seamless technical integration with the global Ecovis network, improve digital service delivery, and enhance client communication channels
