Fahmy brings over 24 years of extensive banking experience across Egypt and the United Arab Emirates, spanning leading local, state-owned, regional, and international banking institutions.
A Proven Track Record in Institutional Transformation
Most recently, Fahmy served as Regional Head of Branches at Bank Next (formerly Arab Investment Bank), where he played a pivotal role in leading branch network transformation, enhancing operational efficiency, and elevating customer experience. He also boasts a strong track record in developing leadership capabilities and building high-performance teams.
Distinguished Academic and International Credentials
In addition to his corporate banking career, Fahmy has served as a lecturer at the Egyptian Banking Institute (EBI) since 2018. He holds executive certifications from prestigious global institutions, including Harvard Business School, Moody's (UK), and Lloyd's Register (UK), alongside tech credentials from CIW (USA). He is currently completing the final stages of his Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) at RB College in the United Kingdom.
