MNT-Halan’s Net Profit Rises 20.7% to EGP 910 Million in H1 2026

Revenue Reaches EGP 9.73 Billion

MNT-Halan Holding for Financial Investments recorded a 20.7% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit during the first half of 2026, reaching EGP 910 million compared with EGP 753.9 million in the same period of 2025.

The company’s net profit increased by EGP 156.1 million, according to a disclosure submitted to the Egyptian Exchange.

Total revenue also increased during the six-month period, reaching approximately EGP 9.73 billion, compared with around EGP 8.01 billion during the corresponding period of 2025.

MNT-Halan Prepares for Egyptian Exchange Debut

MNT-Halan, a company operating in fintech and non-banking financial services, is preparing to begin trading its shares on the Egyptian Exchange following the completion of its offering arrangements.

The company has set the offering price at EGP 24.50 per share and plans to offer 320 million shares, representing 20% of its issued capital, with a total offering value of approximately EGP 7.84 billion.

Two Tranches Target Institutional and Retail Investors

The offering is divided into two tranches.

The first tranche is allocated to entities, institutions and qualified investors and includes 272 million shares, representing 85% of the total shares offered.

The second tranche is reserved for retail investors and comprises 48 million shares, equivalent to 15% of the overall offering.

Subscription for the public tranche targeting retail investors is scheduled to continue from October 7 through October 15, while the private tranche will close on October 13.

The final allocation of shares will be determined based on the level of subscription coverage.
