Tabby remained at the top of the Forbes ranking for the second consecutive year, supported by annual transactions worth more than $18 billion and a valuation of $6.5 billion.
Egyptian fintech companies Fawry and MNT-Halan ranked second and third, respectively.
Egypt Ranks Third in Forbes’ Country Representation
The 2026 Forbes list features fintech companies from 10 countries.
The UAE leads with 15 companies, followed by Saudi Arabia with 13, while Egypt ranks third with 10 companies, highlighting the increasing role of the Egyptian market within the region’s fintech ecosystem.
