The official announcement took place during a special celebration at the company's showroom in Hiratsuka, near Tokyo, marking the delivery milestone of 10,000 units in the Japanese market.
Sales Timeline and Assessing Global Demand
Pre-orders for the vehicle are currently open in Macau, while the company prepares to host a press conference to officially launch sales in Sri Lanka this coming Friday. BYD affirmed its intention to introduce the "Raku" model to additional countries and regions based on future demand evaluations.
