Flexible Strategy to Tackle Market Volatility

Acumen Holding has unveiled its latest investment vehicle, the "Iqtenas" fund—a hybrid fund designed to dynamically shift assets between Egyptian equities and fixed-income instruments based on market conditions. Guided by an expert committee, the fund can allocate up to 90% into stocks when growth opportunities arise, or shift up to 90% into fixed income—such as treasury bills—to preserve capital during high-risk periods.

Democratizing Retail Investment with a Low Entry Barrier

The fund aims to make professional investing accessible to retail investors at a minimal cost. Units are priced at 1 EGP each, with a minimum initial subscription of 10 units (10 EGP). Starting with a target size of 10 million EGP at inception, the fund can expand up to 250 million EGP to accommodate investor demand.

Subscription Window and Trading Channels

The private placement opens on October 6, 2026, exclusively for clients of four brokerage firms: Acumen Securities, Mubasher Capital, Thndr, and Telda. The subscription period ranges from 10 days to two months, with the option to close early after 5 days if fully covered. Following the offering, daily unit purchases will be available, with redemptions processed twice weekly (Sundays and Wednesdays) with no buying or selling commissions.
