Triangle Energy Reduces Stake in Raya Holding to 5.33% in EGP 6.25M Transaction
Triangle Energy International Limited has marginally reduced its equity stake in Raya Holding for Financial Investments from 5.36% to 5.33% following the sale of approximately one million shares.
According to a regulatory disclosure submitted to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), the shares were sold at an average price of EGP 6.25 per share, bringing the total transaction value to approximately EGP 6.253 million. The trade was executed through Al Ahly Pharos Securities Brokerage, with the final transaction taking place on September 28, 2026.
The disclosure, filed in compliance with Article 29 of the EGX listing and delisting rules, also outlined the related parties associated with the shareholder. These include Nadia Hanem Abdel Aziz Saeed, who holds a 0.65% stake in Raya Holding, alongside Amr Mohamed Ahmed Ahmed El-Tawil, who holds a 0.00004% stake.
This equity shift occurs against the backdrop of robust corporate performance by Raya Holding. The company reported a net profit of EGP 1.04 billion during the first half of 2026, marking a solid 36.5% year-on-year growth compared to the EGP 762.06 million recorded during the corresponding period in 2025.
